Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup cocoa
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons molasses (honey can be used instead but molasses is great because it is high in iron and gives the chocolate a deep, hearty, heavy, full, slightly bitter flavour
- 1 cup of your favourite local peanut butter or alternative nut butter

Method:
- In a saucepan on a low heat, melt the coconut oil.
- Add the cocoa, honey and molasses and stir until combined.
- Stir in the peanut butter and remove from heat.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the baking tray.
- Place in freezer for an hour.
- Cut into small pieces and return to freezer to fully harden.
- Best stored in the freezer for hard chocolate or fridge for more of a fudge texture.
