These biscuits are perfect for a snack or school lunches. Cook from start to finish in only 20 minutes!
Ingredients:

- 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup sultanas or chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts work best)
- 1 egg (can be completely omited for vegan version)
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180ᵒC
- Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl
- Spoon tablespoons of mixture onto a cookie sheet
- Bake for 15 minutes.
Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
