Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 egg (free range has a higher nutritional value and generally makes us feel better about ourselves)
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
Methods
- Get out a big microwaveable mug and squash your banana using a fork. The more squashed, the better.
- Mix in the egg well.
- Mix in the cocoa.
- Microwave for 2.5-3.5 minutes, depending on your microwave.
- Serve!
This is especially delicious drizzled with a teaspoon of honey. It is a great way to get in a bit of protein (from the egg) and one of your two daily serves of fruit. A great dessert for kids!
