While many people see dietitians for weight loss, our approach is different. We follow a weight-neutral approach to help maximise the benefit you can get out of whole foods without restriction and adapting this to your situation, be it disability, gut issues or chronic disease.

Anna Reeves

Director, Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist

Anna Reeves, Director & Dietitian, “Kindness is my personal value and the way I live my life. I strive to be an advocate for my clients and to meet them where they are at. I work to empower my clients to define their own goals and verbalise their needs.”

Anna provides a trauma-informed practise and is a member of Size Inclusive Health Australia® as well as a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician. After over eight years of private practice dietetics, Anna is highly experienced in the areas of: 

  • Disordered eating/Eating disorders
    • Children, teenagers & adults
    • Anorexia Nervosa

    • Binge Eating Disorder
    • Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorder

Anna also has many roles in the local Toowoomba community including leadership and counselling roles. Whilst Anna is extremely passionate about all of these roles, she often finds that she learns the most from talking with her clients and patients.

Anna has been a parent for longer than she has been a dietitian, which has proven to be incredibly valuable lived experience when working with families on “selective eating” (AKA – picky eating).

Anna also provides professional supervision to other Dietitians.

Leanna Fyffe

Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist

Leanna is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and nutritionist based in South East Queensland servicing Toowoomba & surrounding areas. She is passionate about helping individuals improve their relationship with food and feel good about their dietary choices. She strives to create a non-judgmental and safe environment where clients can share their nutrition goals and receive personalised support.

Leanna understands that the abundance of nutrition misinformation can be overwhelming and challenging to navigate alone. Recognising that one diet or style of eating does not fit all, she uses her clinical expertise to tailor plans that best meet each individual’s needs.

Practicing from a Health at Every Size (HAES) framework, Leanna prioritises well-being over restrictive eating. With years of personal experience in plant-based nutrition, she is able to help individual’s wanting to thrive on a plant-based diet among other styles of eating.  Additional special interests include healing relationships with food, navigating gut health issues, and managing chronic conditions.

From her clinical experience, Leanna can assist with:

  • Vegan and vegetarian nutrition (children, adolescents and adults)
  • Disordered eating and eating disorders
  • Gut health concerns, including symptom reduction and management of digestive conditions
  • Food allergies and intolerances
  • Chronic disease management, including diabetes, high blood pressure, liver disease, and multiple sclerosis
  • Childhood and early life nutrition to optimise growth
  • Selective/picky eating related to ADHD, ARFID, and Autism Spectrum Disorder

Outside of work, Leanna enjoys exploring new cafes, tending to her many plants, and working on sewing projects.

Henrietta Johnson, Dietitian in Toowoomba

Henrietta is an accredited practicing dietitian, with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, which she uses to combine advanced academic expertise with compassionate personalised care to support client’s health and wellbeing.

Collaboration is important to Henrietta, and she works closely with her clients to ensure that strategies align with their personal goals and lifestyle. 

Henrietta provides evidence-based strategies and personalised plans to help you achieve your goals, specialising in eating disorders, women’s health, chronic disease management, gut health, paediatrics, and NDIS.
