At Wellbeing Allied Health, we are a small dietitian team passionate about offering non-judgemental dietitian help for people in Toowoomba and surrounds as well as online.

At Wellbeing Allied Health, we understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming. Whether you’re navigating gut issues, eating concerns, disability-related needs, neurodivergence, or complex life challenges, you deserve care that feels safe, respectful and tailored to you. Our dietetic approach is warm, weight-neutral, neurodiversity-affirming and grounded in evidence — but just as importantly, it’s grounded in kindness.
We offer mobile and in-clinic dietitian services across Toowoomba and telehealth support for clients anywhere in Australia. Our goal is to make care accessible, flexible, and centred around your comfort. No judgment, no pressure, no generic plans — just compassionate guidance that helps you move toward better health, confidence, and ease in your everyday life.

What can we help with?
Established in 2018, we are more than your average dietitian clinic. With years of experience supporting our community, we care deeply about our clients and go above and beyond to meet them where they’re at.
Neurodiversity
We work together with autistic, AuDHD & clients with ADHD to find an approach that works for the individual.
Eating Disorders
ARFID, Anorexia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Bulimia Nervosa and other eating disorders are areas of passion and strength for us. We want all of our clients to feel heard and to find an approach that works for the individual.
Gut Health
If you are feeling generally unwell, have gut issues or allergies/intolerances, we can help unpack what is going on for you.
Early Life & Childhood Nutrition
We work highly experienced in worked with parents to assist with selective eating (“picky eating”). We approach parents with kindness and compassion, giving you peace of mind.
Disability
We work with adults and children with tube feeding, extreme selective eating and adults with mental health concerns and physical disabilities.
Healthy Eating
Food can be affected by stressors at home or work. Chronic health conditions such as high cholesterol or PCOS can be directly improved with nutrition. We can help with general nutrition checks or to look into improving your specific health concern.

Our Team of Accredited Practising Dietitians
Our Dietitians, are university qualified, each with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (hons), and are members of Dietitians Australia. We are Accredited Practising Dietitians operating under the registered business name, “Wellbeing Allied Health” in Toowoomba. Both dietitians, Anna & Leanna, are Credentialled Eating Disorder Clinicians. The Dietitians at Wellbeing Allied Health provide telehealth and telephone consultations (a referral is required for a Medicare rebate) as well as home visits for NDIS participants in Toowoomba and surrounding areas.
